I just came across this web site that has documented some real cool keyboard short-cuts and tips.
Some of this tricks also work when you use the Hebrew keyboard.
Check out the web site, it has real nice pictures that show what they are talking about and also a nice video at the end.
I can tell you I wasn't familiar with couple of the tips and this is even after using an iPhone for more then 2 years --> each day you learn something new :)
